Rev. Kolawole Akintola

Rev. Kolawole Akintola is an Assistant Priest at the Anglican Church of the Resurrection in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he serves with a passion for sharing the Word of God, leading prayer, and fostering the congregation's spiritual growth. He is committed to Christ-centered ministry and to encouraging believers to deepen their faith and live out the Gospel in their daily lives.

He also serves as the Youth Chaplain for the Church and for the Great Lakes Area One of the Church of Nigeria North America Mission (CONNAM). He is also the Chaplain of the New Life Christian Society. 

In addition to serving in the Indianapolis church, Rev. Akintola serves as the Assistant Priest at the Anglican Church of the Messiah in Madison, Wisconsin, where he works as a public servant.

Rev. Akintola is passionate about seeing individuals and families strengthened in their relationship with God and equipped to make a positive impact in the Church and the wider community.

Driven by his passion for developing and ensuring that younger generations know and serve God (i.e., strengthening their relationship with God), Rev. Akintola hosts a weekly online Bible study for students at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, where he teaches the Word of God. 

Alongside his ministerial calling, Rev. Akintola is an experienced Internal Audit professional with a strong background in governance, risk management, internal controls, and public-sector accountability. He brings to ministry a heart for service, integrity, excellence, and the development of people.

Rev. Akintola is married to Folasade, and they are blessed with 2 children.
